Lemon8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the lemon8 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all lemon8 users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the lemon8 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision, you are not permitted to use this platform.
To register and use lemon8, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age or meet the legal gambling age requirement in your local jurisdiction.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be on any exclusion or restriction list imposed by any relevant authority.
- Use the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
Lemon8 reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate accounts if the above eligibility requirements are not met or are found to be false.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on lemon8. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without a refund of any remaining balance.
Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information. lemon8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to comply may result in your account being temporarily restricted or closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. We recommend using a strong, unique password and changing it regularly. Do not share your login details with anyone. lemon8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to the user's own negligence.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Lemon8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision under these terms.
- Fraud, system manipulation or suspected hacking activity.
- Using multiple accounts or sharing an account with another party.
- Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
- Actions that compromise the safety or integrity of the platform.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on lemon8 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring deposits are made via payment methods supported by the platform and from accounts registered in their own name.
Lemon8 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from another party may be reversed and the associated account may be subject to investigation. This is a safeguard to prevent money laundering and unlawful financial activity.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account and method used for the deposit, subject to completion of identity verification. lemon8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until all required checks are completed. Processing times are stated within the user account and may vary based on operational requirements.
Any applicable taxes or charges on winnings or withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the user, in accordance with Malaysian tax laws currently in force.
Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Permitted Use
The lemon8 platform is provided solely for entertainment and lawful betting purposes by individuals who meet the specified eligibility requirements. Users are permitted to:
- Access content and services available within their account.
- Place bets on markets listed within the platform.
- Claim eligible promotions in accordance with the stated terms.
Prohibited Use
Users are strictly prohibited from doing the following on the lemon8 platform:
- Use automated software, bots or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or system bugs for unauthorized gain.
- Distributing unlawful content or content that undermines the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity impersonation, or misrepresentation.
Lemon8 Liability Limit
Lemon8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption. lemon8's total liability to any user is limited to the amount actually deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
This platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information or fitness for any particular purpose.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on lemon8 are the exclusive property of this platform or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or use any such materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
The lemon8 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. lemon8 has no control over the content, privacy policies or practices of such third parties and accepts no liability for any losses arising from the use of those links.
Changes to These Terms
Lemon8 reserves the right to modify, add or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of lemon8 after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the appropriate channels under Malaysian court jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement between the relevant parties.
